Big, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect and friendly staff, especially at the reception desk. Great view from rooms.

Nice, well situated hotel with good standard. Breakfast was also good. Very nice sky line view from elevators to upper floors. There is free parking in the streets opposite the hotel, at night and weekends. Reception will not tell you that ;-)

The location is central to all the supranational institutions in the vicinity. I like the place because it is very smart: self check-in, self check-out, self-service market. And I like the bar too, perfect for a chat with a few friends before going to sleep. Clean room and bathroom also very clean.

My Stay at the Hotel was Amazing I don't think I have ever met such lovely staff like there from the front desk to the people at breakfast to the cleaning ladies all just super sweet and nice. .Thank you so much for making Me feel special on my Birthday I will definitely ALWAYS remember this trip.

We used Novotel as a transit stop en route to the Hoek van Holland ferry, and it proved a perfect choice for a family of four, with a very comfy family room and excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were really helpful, and overall the value for money was excellent. An additional plus was a late check-out time (12:00), which has suited us ideally. We hope to come back for an extended city break in The Hague, as the location is also very convenient both for Scheveningen, as well as other attractions (Madurodam, Museon, Panorama Mesdag are all within a 30-minute walk radius).

The hotel feels very modern, from the automated check-in facilities and self-service/self-pay drinks and snacks area to the large and comfortable rooms. All members of staff were fluently bilingual in English and highly professional. This is a great place to stay for a short business trip.

- The Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We had our baby girl and they made such a fuss over her, it was really nice. - Rooms are very nice, spacious, well cleaned, very quiet, good range of amenities, large TV. Able to provide a crib for us. - Close enough to walk into the center but also with good transport links. - Great decor throughout the hotel.

The room was excellent - very spacious with a separate area for the bathroom. We weren’t expecting a free mini bar so that was a lovely surprise. Room was spotlessly clean with good toiletries. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Used the no 1 tramline which was very convenient to get to lots of the sites and to Delft for little cost with a day ticket.

It is located in the International Quarter of the Hague. The sauna was nice eventhough you had to pay extra for use. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Madurodam, Scheveningse Beach and the Scheveningse Boshjes are close by. There is adequate public transport close by.

We were on the 8th floor with good city views. The spacious family room was clean and equipped with a kettle with tea/coffee bags, mini fridge, wardrobe, sofa bed, flat TV, free WiFi in the room, desk with telephone, bathroom with shower and hair drier, wall mounted shampoo/soap dispensers, bath towels. The location is outside the city centre, the hotel is a high rise building with two glass lifts and has car park , fitness/wellness club. The hotel offers bike hire which we used to get around the Hague with my family and you can reach the city centre in around 15 mins cycling. Uber and Bolt taxis were also good options to travel to/from the station. Buffet breakfast was offered for €20 per adult and one child eats free with a paying adult. The restaurant area is cosy and with welcoming staff. If given the opportunity I would stay again for a short city break at this hotel.
